Is this just a ticketing tool like Jira?
No. We're not a 'one-size-fits-all' software. We've crafted every page, feature and modal in Lemoncake to specifically serve creative and web agencies who work with clients. We've cut out stuff you don't need, and focused on Request management.
Can my clients log in?
Yes! This is a big selling point for us. Unlike other tools or having to awkwardly invite your clients to Slack (when you don't really want to), Lemoncake is designed for clients and agencies to work together in an organised place.
Can IÂ not just use Asana or Trello?
Sure, but that'll only get you so far before you struggle. Lemoncake is fully integrated with email notifications, so unlike other tools clients and team are notified when something changes, or their attention is required, with focus on clarity not clutter.
What is a Request?
A Request is anything your client asks you to do on their project. In Latin, it's pronounced 'cliente requeste' (bad joke!). But anything your client wants of you for their project is a Request you can manage and track in Lemoncake, either in-scope or out of scope for upselling later.
What do you mean by 'turn into upsell opportunities'?
This is actually born out of experience. We love saving all 'out of scope' requests from clients to the end of the project, and upsell them on those extra ideas they had along the way. Lemoncake helps you save them for later instead of losing track of them.
Do I really need Lemoncake?
