Is there a free trial available?
Yes, in fact we offer a plan that's completely free called the Personal plan. It's ideal for solo-entrepreneurs or freelancers who are just getting started to manage your first client.
Can I change my plan later?
Of course. Our pricing scales with your company. Chat to our friendly team to find a solution that works for you or upgrade in your Account Settings inside the platform.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that things change. You can cancel your plan at any time and it’ll take effect immediately. We recommend cancelling at the end of your billing month if needed.
Can other info be added to an invoice?
If you need an invoice with certain extra information then lease contact us and we can aim to support your requirements.
How does billing work?
Just choose a plan above based on your requirements. We don’t offer any discounts but we can create a custom plan for larger organisations that outgrow the plans.
How do I change my account email?
You can change the email address associated with your account by going to your Login Details page inside the settings page Lemoncake.
